What You'll Be Doing
- Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure safe, efficient production of materials
- Perform routine inspections and make adjustments to maintain optimal performance
- Load, unload, and move materials using plant machinery and tools
- Follow safety procedures and support a culture of continuous improvement
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate daily operations
What Are We Looking For
- Demonstrated ability to safely operate or learn plant and heavy equipment
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety standards
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable team player with effective communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to learn, follow procedures, and take initiative on assigned tasks
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
