As a full-time MHE Operator, you will be part of a dedicated team based at our Millcreek Distribution Centre in Mississauga, Ontario, reporting to Sunil Rambhawan on the AM shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM).

What You Will Get To Do
The MHE Operator is responsible for accurately and efficiently picking and shipping orders, ensuring all customer requirements and compliance standards are met. This role plays a key part in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through precise order fulfillment and timely shipment.
*Being certified to operate a forklift is requirement*
Key Responsibilities
Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using SAP and scanning/labeling systems, ensuring timely and efficient order fulfillment.
Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and effective stock organization.
Organize and load products and pallets, ensuring proper packing, labeling, and compliance with company and customer specifications.
Inspect containers, materials, and products to ensure quality standards are met; promptly remove defective items and report issues as necessary.
Support smooth warehouse operations by keeping pick paths and stock locations organized, reducing delays and disruptions in workflow.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
Perform other warehouse duties as assigned to support overall operations.
Who You Are
Forklift certification
1-2 years’ experience within a Distribution environment
Must be flexible for overtime and weekend to meet business demands
Strong attention to detail is mandatory
Must have high school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to lift up to 60lbs
Must have good manual dexterity
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with an RF device as asset
Flexible team player
