Overview:

2020 Companies in partnership with Samsung Electronics America is hiring a full-time Data Analyst!

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Pay: $30.00 + per hour based on experience

Location: On-site in Ridgefield Park, NJ office

Required: Fluent in Korean; both written and verbal

The overall purpose of this position is to increase productivity and effectiveness among those associated with VOC operations through daily VOC data analysis. The reports include important information, sent to extra care agents and their supervisors, which is needed to keep those responsible on top of their work. Using these reports agents and supervisors are aware of their responsibilities and create a sense of urgency to complete job responsibilities in a time-efficient, effective manner.

Job Description:

• Collecting and Organizing VOC claims data from various sources

• Analyzing claim data and providing results to identify trends and VOC agents’ performance

• Creating a visual representation of data through graphs, charts, and other visuals

• Writing clear and concise reports that present findings and insights from the analyzed data

• Ensuring accuracy and validity of the reported data

Qualifications:

• College degree preferred but not required

• Solid Excel skills including Excel pivot tables/VLOOKUP/Macros

• Service-related experience

• Data analyst experience

• Analytical with problem-solving abilities

• Critical thinking

• Ability to meet deadlines, and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational skills

• Strong communication skills

• Strong multi-tasking skills

• Self-Driven
