SUMMARY


In this role, we are searching for an innovative, dynamic, detail oriented, analytical and enthusiastic individual who is strategically focused on results. This individual will be able to make recommendations to optimize sales activities and increase market share. This individual will support Unified Parking Partners (“UPP”) by analyzing financials and statistics to provide insight and recommendations in the development of reports and presentations within our organization as well as taking a supervisory role in this process.


Unified Parking Partners (“UPP”) is a full-service parking management company that Towne Park has acquired majority stake in. UPP brings expertise to every facet of commercial parking management, specializing in the strategic optimization of commercial parking assets. UPP’s innovative approach to new market penetration in highly desirable, high growth, destination vacation and leisure markets and UPP’s innovative parking revenue optimization strategy has been instrumental in its rapid growth.

Job Details

Compensation:
Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location. The annual base pay range for this position is $85,000.00-$95,000.
 

Benefits: Employees are eligible to enroll in medical, dental, and vision insurance, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, and telemedicine benefits. Employees are provided company-paid basic life and AD&D insurance as well as short-term and long-term disability. Employees are also able to enroll in the company’s 401k retirement savings plan.

Paid Time Off: Employees accrue 0.0385 hours of PTO per hour worked up to a maximum of 80 hours per calendar year. Employees receive 6 paid holidays throughout the calendar year and employees accrue up to a maximum of 4 paid floating holidays per calendar year.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • The right individual must have the ability to gather and analyze data in order to create and provide meaningful reports that help in the effort to successfully support relationships and achieve business growth.
  • This individual will work across the organization interacting with C-level Executives, Sales Leadership, Operations, Finance, and Accounting departments. This individual will play an integral role in helping maintain, develop, and expand our National Accounts relationships.
  • Monitor and evaluate growth performance through weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Create and maintain ad-hoc analysis.
  • Experience with Excel
  • This position will report to the Senior Director, Finance

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or accounting

Work Experience:

• Three to Five (3-5) years of experience in financial analysis or equivalent analytical experience; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Outstanding teamwork and project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment.
  • Sufficient level of aptitude with the ability to utilize advanced functionality of Microsoft Excel.
  • SQL, and Salesforce are strongly preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment adhering to strict deadlines. Strong analytical skills and the ability to apply problem solving skills to financial scenarios.
  • High level of attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. 
  • Sufficient level of aptitude with the ability to utilize advanced functionality of Microsoft Excel.
  • Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) and various financial technology and reporting applications.
  • Written and verbal communication skills to effectively address all levels within the organization. 
  • Ability to represent the company effectively in a variety of settings with a demonstrated understanding and appreciation for diverse cultures.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business policies, procedures, equipment manuals, training materials, and corporate communications.
  • Ability to effectively work with senior management and external clients, as well as internal support staff at every level.
  • Ability to compose professional internal and external business communications including reports, memos, letters, and e-mails.
  • Desire to improve processes, take initiative and solve problems.

Authority to Act:

Job is fairly routine. Incumbent follows established practices and procedures. Duties are performed with specific directions given and work is checked or verified on a frequent basis. Decisions are made within specific operational instructions and departmental guidelines. Errors in judgment could affect the smooth and efficient operation of the department.

Budget Responsibility:

The employee has control over resources available only.

Working Environment

The majority of work will be performed in climate-controlled environment, but may be exposed to inclement weather and varying degrees of temperatures on occasion.

Travel

Travel of up to 10% may be required.
