Achieve the monthly/annual targets of Sales, Distribution, Merchandising, SB, Receivables, and New Product targets. Implement corrective measures Sales
Sales targets allotment & execution within team members by breaking down yearly targets into Quarterly/Monthly/Weekly/Daily under their purview.
Responsible for “SFA” implementation in team working and ensuring 100% compliance.
Responsible for channel partner management.
At least 5 years' experience in sales of branded consumer products in India, ideally in FMCG non-food.
