ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
FRANCHISE ACCOUNT MAINTENANCE
Coordinate with franchise daily, dealing effectively with any queries, taking sales orders over the phone / email and advising them of delivery dates.
Keying orders for immediate and forward delivery, liaising with our warehouse to ensure that pick tickets for are raised for all designated customer orders and advising them of booking-in dates, packing requirements etc.
Working in support of the designated sales people, updating them frequently on the status of their accounts, and providing information as and when requested.
Maintaining all orders on the system, moving dates where necessary according to availability / requirements and managing the order book for customers, preparing regular delivery schedules and other reports necessary for effective order book management.
Coordinate the application of the contract in its commercial conditions
Product Knowledge
AUDIT (SOXX)
Working in line with SOXX policies and procedures.
OTHER DEPARTMENTS
Providing support for the Customer Service Department when resources are low.
Coordinate any aspect requested by the partner with the different international franchise and retail departments
GENERAL
Communication with other departments.
Ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as requested / assigned by the Customer Service Manager.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Good presentation and numeracy
Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
Good computer skills
Data entry
Accuracy (alpha and numeric)
Ability to interpret documents such as customer orders, e-mails, safety rules, policies and procedures and operating/maintenance instructions.
Capacity to work under pressure
