Job Description Summary:

Senior Controllership Analyst oversees accounting processes in order to ensure that financial statements meet local GAAP. This role is responsible for regulatory reporting, external audit, analysis of Central Bank regulations and support entity management to meet local and global regulatory obligations. It is part of the role to guarantee that expenses are properly accounted and results are accurate. The ideal candidate will have a strong drive towards excellence, is results driven and able to think and act both analytically and strategically.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee accounting processes: ensure financial statements meet local GAAP

  • Monitor closing process, post journal entries for any adjustment required for local ledger

  • Meet statutory requirements for regulatory reports, external audit, participate on filling of Financial Statements and Tax Returns

  • Support the organization to meet local and global regulatory obligations

  • Prepare monthly cash flow and cash projections

  • Coordinate Intercompany settlement of payables and receivables, including ESPP tracking and remittance

  • Prepare reconciliations between local GAAP and IFRS

  • Responsible for Central Bank regulations analysis and supports its implementation

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience as an Accountant

  • Accounting background

  • Accounting Certification - CRC

  • Analytical skills

  • Good communication skills

  • English proficiency it's a must
