As a QA Intern at Merkle, you will be embedded in a cross-functional team responsible for delivering high-quality e-commerce solutions. You will contribute directly to test planning, execution, and automation efforts while collaborating closely with developers and client stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

•       Test frontend and backend functionality of e-commerce platforms

•       Develop and maintain test automation scripts in Ruby

•       Perform explorative testing to uncover edge cases and usability issues

•       Report bugs and defects clearly, and collaborate with the team to find solutions

•       Define test cases in cooperation with clients and team members

•       Test automation and quality improvement practices

•       Ruby, Selenium, and Playwright for automated testing
