Job Description Summary

The Manufacturing DT Governance and Execution Leader owns and continuously improves the Manufacturing DT operating rhythm, ensuring accountable execution, financial discipline, and lean ways of working across all pillars. This role establishes standard cadences, drives governance and decision-making discipline, and enables simplification, transparency, and optimization across the Manufacturing DT domain.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and continuously improve the Manufacturing DT operating rhythm across all pillars.
  • Establish and run standard cadences to drive accountability, transparency, and execution discipline.
  • In collaboration with GPDA and GPEA, define and enforce internal gates for demand intake, program governance, and application lifecycle management.
  • Elevate key decision points and ensure decisions are data-driven, time-bound, and outcome-oriented.
  • Drive lean maturity across processes through standard work, problem solving, and continuous improvement.
  • Enable financial transparency and support portfolio, application, and cost optimization across the domain.
  • Establish and continuously improve one common execution model for Manufacturing DT.
  • Lead domain review, simplification, and harmonization of ways of working.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in digital technology, manufacturing, supply chain, operations, or transformation leadership.
  • Experience leading governance, operating cadence, portfolio management, or execution management in a complex environment.
  • Strong understanding of lean principles, process improvement, and standardization.
  • Experience supporting financial transparency, portfolio oversight, and cost optimization.
