As a Senior Business Operations Project Manager, you will lead multiple IT projects across application and infrastructure initiatives, driving cross-functional collaboration across diverse technology areas. You will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, from defining scope and budgets to execution, tracking, and reporting across a portfolio of initiatives.

What you will be doing:

• Lead full project lifecycle execution, from defining project charters and scope through implementation and production readiness
• Partner with internal IT customers to identify technology solutions that address business challenges
• Define project scope, budgets, timelines, and develop detailed project plans and scoping documentation
• Manage project execution including resource allocation, progress tracking, change control, testing, documentation, training, and delivery within budget constraints
• Monitor and report on project performance, maintaining dashboards and providing portfolio-level insights on timelines, budgets, risks, and issues
• Provide summary tracking across multiple IT projects, ensuring visibility into portfolio health and key dependencies

What you will likely bring:

• 5+ years of applicable experience with demonstrated success managing IT or cross-functional projects
• 2+ years of specialized or industry experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
