What you will be doing

As a new client Hunter Sales Executive, you will develop and execute on account plans to ensure revenue growth from an account base. You will manage, plan, and lead on growth plans to increase account penetration with a long-term and multi-year focus. As a Sales Executive, you will act as primary liaison between your client and FIS with the critical role of understanding and aligning with the client strategy and expectations.

What you bring:

  • Must have prior new client Hunter sales experience targeting new client relationships within the wealth, brokerage, or financial service space.
  • General knowledge of wealth and/or advisory technology including systems, applications, and fiduciary practices.
  • Expert negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Communicates ideas (verbal and written) in a clear, concise, and professional manner appropriate to audience include executive levels.
  • Solid decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Analytical skills to determine client business needs and requirements.
  • Ability to remain calm under various levels of pressure.

Added bonus if you have:

  • Prior wealth sales experience.
  • Proven track-record of successful sales achievement.
  • Good understanding of FIS Wealth solutions and services.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $120,770.00 - $199,270.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
