Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Summary: As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products. You will be responsible for configuring services on various platforms and implementing technology at the operating system-level. Your role will involve troubleshooting at both basic and intermediate levels. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the configuration and maintenance of production and development systems. - Troubleshoot hardware and software issues at the L1 and L2 levels. - Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve technical problems. - Provide support for various software solutions, vendors, and brands. - Assist in implementing technology at the operating system-level. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Assist in maintaining documentation for systems and software products. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Network Operations. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with network security protocols. - Strong understanding of network infrastructure and operations. - Experience with troubleshooting network issues. - Knowledge of server and network hardware. - Familiarity with operating systems and software solutions. - Ability to work with various software vendors and brands. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Cloud Network Operations. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
