Responsibilities:
- Drive the planning, development, testing, and launch of novel platform products that enhance customer experience and delight
- Lead innovation in product development, collaborating with a team of world-class engineers
- Take end-to-end ownership of the product lifecycle, from planning and design to delivery, quality assurance, and performance optimization
- Monitor and analyze product feedback to prioritize development features and continuously improve the customer experience
- Craft detailed user stories and product requirements that align with our customer-centric vision
- Define and track key metrics and KPIs to measure product success and customer satisfaction
- Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations, articulating product vision and strategy to stakeholders
- Act as a product champion, fostering valuable relationships with key partners and stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration of the platform product with other Circles.life offerings
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience with 6+ years in product management, preferably in the telecom industry
- Proven track record in complete product lifecycle management, particularly in B2B2C or B2B environments
- Experience with project and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, monday.com, Confluence, Figma, Balsamiq)
- Strong understanding of technical architecture for complex, highly scalable applications
- Experience in launching SaaS, platform, or payments products
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in market research and deep technical analysis
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
- BS in Business, Marketing, or Technology (MBA preferred)
- SQL experience is a plus
