What you’ll do?
- Analyze customer data and create reports to track performance.
- Build and maintain CRM dashboards.
- Segment customers based on data to improve targeting.
- Identify high-value customers and optimize their journeys.
- Evaluate CRM campaigns using data and A/B testing.
- Recommend improvements to boost engagement and ROI
- Support CRM strategy with data-driven insights.
- Align analytics with business goals.
What you’ll bring?
- Love to analyze detailed date and building meaningful insights out of them
- Familiar with analytics solutions and CRM tools such as Tableau, Braze, Mixpanel, Sales Force is a nice to have
- Detail oriented, resilient, sharp and careful personality with great communication skills
- “Analyze first, act second” mindset
- Enthusiasm for working in an imperfect dynamic startup environment and in a great team
- Fluent in English
