Job Purpose
Account Manager, Japan Home Business is in charge of maintaining and expanding sales of Japan Home Business with the existing clients, while supporting business development/ sales for new clients by leveraging Torisetsu App.
Also, this position runs Torisetsu business under the leadership of Japan Home Business General Manager in collaboration with various teams such as IT and Operations and offers products and services that best meet the needs of client in D2C and B2B areas.

Japan Home事業GMの下、ITやオペレーションを始めとする様々なチームと協力し、D2CおよびB2B領域におけるクライアントのニーズに即した製品やサービスを提供すべく、トリセツ事業を運営する。
Primary Job Accountabilities/
Responsibilities
- Maintain and expand the sales of Japan Home business with the existing clients and lead maximizing the PL of existing programs
- Lead product development based on the thorough understanding of our business needs and in close collaboration with the IT
- Develop new products and services based on the market research and insights
- Build mid to long-term product roadmap and have the prioritization determined for product development
- Develop product launch plans and manage schedule, cost, and KPI for successful launch
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and other various relevant teams for successful launch/ delivery
- Ensure required approvals are in place for new services, new businesses, quotes, and all matters that require approvals, as per the company policies and rules, aligning with Finance and Compliance
- Japan Home事業において、既存顧客の売上を維持・拡大し、また、既存プログラムのPLを最大化する
- 当社のニーズを踏まえ、IT部門と緊密に連携して製品を開発する
- 市場調査、市場の洞察に基づき、新たな製品とサービスを作り上げる
- 中長期の製品ロードマップを作成し、開発する製品の優先順位を決める
- 製品ローンチ計画を策定し、成功裡のローンチに向けてスケジュール、コスト、KPIを管理する
- マーケティングやオペレーション、その他適切な部署と協働し、製品・サービスを成功裡にローンチ、デリバーする
- 当社ポリシー、ルールで承認が必要と定められる新サービス、新事業、見積もり等のあらゆる要承認事項に関し、ファイナンス、コンプライアンスと連携して承認を得る

Required Experience, Skills, and Knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Native Japanese language skills and business-level English language skills are a must
- 5+ years of experience in B2B and D2C service or product marketing, development of services/ products in B2B and D2C, or service/ product management experience in B2B and D2C, preferably with intangible products
- Experience in Web, App, or any form of digital business
- Understanding of the business model of technical support service.
- Experience in client facing and negotiation with clients and vendors
- Experience in successfully releasing new services or upgrading/ transforming the existing services into a new service by proactively identifying clients’ needs and leveraging existing services
- Ability to think strategically and build and execute practical plans with a sense of urgency
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently and effectively communicate progress and issues to the management and stakeholders
- Ability to identify market opportunities, develop solutions, and drive successful launch of products/ services
- Skills to critically think to resolve issues in coping with ambiguous, dynamic, complex, changing environment
- Effective and efficient communication skills across all levels internally and externally, within Japan and overseas

- 5年以上のB2BおよびD2Cのサービス/製品マーケティング、サービス/製品開発の経験、特に無形商材を扱った経験
- Web、アプリ、または何らかのデジタル系事業の経験
- テクニカルサポートサービスのビジネスモデルに対する理解
- クライアント対応、クライアントやベンダーとの交渉経験
- 新サービスを成功裡にリリースした経験、または自ら積極的にクライアントニーズを掘り起こし、既存サービスを活用して新たなサービスを展開した経験
- 戦略的に考え、スピード感を持って実践的な計画を立案、実行することができる
- 複数の複雑なプロジェクトを同時に管理し、マネジメントやステークホルダーに進捗や課題を効果的に伝えることができる
- 市場機会を特定し、ソリューションを作り上げ、製品/サービスの立ち上げを成功に導くことができる
- 曖昧、ダイナミック、複雑かつ変化する環境に対応しつつ、クリティカル・シンキングで課題を解決できる
