Responsibilities:

As an AMS Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery or a defined component of a contract to meet operational, contractual, and financial commitments. You will ensure service quality and efficiency while managing delivery outcomes and identifying opportunities for follow-on work through up-selling or cross-selling. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. You are also expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Master proficiency in Business Operation Management is required. Expert proficiency in Work Management is recommended.

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance business operations.
  • Identify and address issues and risks within assigned projects.
  • Analyze industry trends to uncover new opportunities for service development.
  • Support financial management and ensure alignment with contractual commitments.
  • Facilitate collaboration across different teams to achieve common goals.


 

  • Should have extensive experience with SAP SDM
  • Functional background in SAP MM/SD
  • Must be ITIL certified
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages team innovation and problem-solving.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor project progress and performance metrics to ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery to maintain service quality.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and project success.
