What does a Wellness & Resiliency Senior Manager at Taskus really do? Think of yourself as responsible for leading and promoting our “Frontline First” approach to ensure our employees are productive, resilient and enjoy coming to work. We’re looking for people who are passionate and have the desire to lead our wellness teams as they execute coaching interventions to bolster employee resilience, help them reach goals and/or overcome obstacles.
As a Wellness & Resiliency Senior Manager, you will:
Oversee end-to-end Wellness and Resiliency function of multiple sites, managing a team of life coaches and vendor clinicians
Ensure wellness times are plotted and group sessions are facilitated weekly, or as required
Ensure 24/7 coverage of the site/s and that coaches and clinicians are available and scheduling sessions with teammates
Conduct weekly scheduled 1:1 sessions with coaches and team meetings to review goals and expectations, caseload management, group activities planned, outreach programming, challenges, wins and clinical case reviews
Evaluate and reviews emergency/crisis plans prepared by the Coaches and ensures proper endorsement/referral to mental health professionals
Onboard new coaches within and outside their teams to ensure global program standards are maintained in the department
Provide continuous professional development opportunities for coaches through internal and external training (when available/appropriate)
Develop self by proactively seeking programs and learning opportunities within and outside the company and finds ways to teach and transfer same skill to the team
Gather data to report to the Director of Research and Data Analytics for Resiliency and other key stakeholders
Partner with stakeholders across departments, sites, and geographies to promote wellness and resiliency initiatives and requirements
Present wellness program information to clients, as requested
Represent the department in site leadership meetings
Initiate and facilitate specific programs, activities and projects between and among sites, assigned by the Director and Senior Director of Wellness and Resiliency
Design and facilitate advanced and more complex (leadership, customized) wellness sessions and initiatives
Provide individual and group coaching sessions using prescribed approach, and following the ICF Core Competencies and ICF Code of Ethics
Do you have what it takes to become a Wellness & Resiliency Senior Manager?
Requirements:
Graduate of a 4-year college course in Psychology, Social Work, or similar tracks;
Minimum 5 years experience in coaching or counseling
Minimum 5 years experience of people management and supervision
Licensed Psychologist or Guidance Counselor
Experience in and general knowledge of mental health care
Excellent training, teaching or facilitation skills
Outstanding communication skills, with strong emphasis on listening skills
Above Average fluency in written and spoken English
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
High level of discretion and confidentiality
