Hourly wages starting at $20/hour based on experience. This is a Hybrid position, candidates must be able to work onsite from our Hampton office.

About the Job

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Branch Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the high-volume staffing needs of our branch. This role is critical to our growth and success, ensuring we have the right people in place to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the branch.
• Develop and implement creative recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.

Relationship Building

•  Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and preferences.
• Partner with local schools, community organizations, and job fairs to promote job opportunities.

Candidate Experience

•  Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
• Conduct reference checks and coordinate pre-employment screening processes.

Employer Branding

•  Promote Bill Gosling Outsourcing as an employer of choice through social media, networking, and community engagement.
•  Participate in developing and enhancing the employer brand.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
