We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infrastructure leader to lead our infrastructure and operations teams. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of our cloud-based infrastructure and DevOps practices. You will work closely with engineering, product, and security teams to ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of our SaaS platform.

 

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Architecture: Develop and implement a robust cloud infrastructure architecture aligned with business objectives and scalability requirements.
• Cloud Operations: Oversee the day-to-day management of cloud environments, including provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and optimization.
• DevOps Culture: Foster a DevOps culture within the organization, promoting collaboration and automation.
• Team Leadership: Build, develop, and lead a high-performing infrastructure and operations team.
• Automation: Drive automation initiatives across infrastructure, deployment, and operations processes.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize system performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
• Security: Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect the infrastructure and data.
• Cost Management: Manage cloud costs effectively through optimization and cost-saving strategies.
• Incident Management: Establish and manage incident response processes to minimize downtime.
• Capacity Planning: Forecast infrastructure needs and capacity planning to support business growth.

 

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading infrastructure, cloud operations, and DevOps teams in a SaaS environment - minimum 5 years.
• Deep understanding of Azure and infrastructure technologies
• Strong knowledge of DevOps principles and practices, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and configuration management.
• Experience with scripting languages and automation tools.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

 

Desired Skills (Optional)

• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with AWS
• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks
• Certifications in cloud platforms or DevOps
