  • Design, implement, and deploy machine learning models to improve the accuracy of capacity predictions and detect unusual usage patterns.

  • Proactively identify network anomalies and bottlenecks before they impact business operations.

  • Develop and deliver executive-level reporting on network trends, health, and long-term forecasts.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide accurate traffic forecasts for upcoming projects.

  • Evaluate and recommend advanced capacity planning tools and technologies, specifically focusing on the integration of Digital Twins and AI.

  • Build Low Level Design (LLD) diagrams and engineering artifacts to support the deployment of monitoring and telemetry solutions.

  • Partner with IT leadership to align capacity strategies with digital transformation and infrastructure modernization goals.

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior capacity engineers within the team.

What we’re looking for…

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or seven or more years of relevant work experience.

  • Experience in enterprise network architecture, performance engineering, or capacity planning.

  • CCNP certification - Valid CCNP certification in Routing and Switching, or other relevant tracks.

  • Prior experience leading capital planning initiatives or large-scale infrastructure forecasting.

  • Possesses strong scripting expertise, with proficiency in Data Analytics and AI/ML.

Even better if you have:

  • Experience in large-scale Fortune 100 environments with high-volume traffic and complex global footprints.

  • Proficiency in statistical analysis and hypothesis testing.

  • Industry certifications such as CCNP/CCIE, Splunk Power User, or AWS/Azure Solutions Architect.

  • Strong expertise in network monitoring and telemetry frameworks such as SevOne, Zabbix, or Splunk.

  • Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Grafana) to translate complex data into actionable insights.

  • Hands-on experience with traffic flow analysis (NetFlow, IPFIX, SNMP) and performance troubleshooting.

  • Knowledge of AI/ML applications in networking or experience with Network Digital Twin concepts.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical trends and forecasts to executives and stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
