Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Junior Customer Service Representative employee located in Wola Rakowa, Poland.

Summary:

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the this role involves managing customer orders and claims

What a typical day looks like:

  • Managing customer orders and claims
  • Performing analyses and reporting activities related to orders and claims
  • Communicating with other departments to collect data or information
  • Ensuring the quality of services meets the level expected by the customer
  • Contacting customers and representing the company
  • Handling daily inquiries from customers

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • Excellent proficiency in English and Polish
  • High personal culture, openness, ability to listen and work in a team, and good communication skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in working with international clients will be an advantage
  • Eligibility to work in Poland (EU)
