What you will do

The Direct Lending team is responsible for originating, analysing and structuring senior secured loans in the UK and parts of Europe. The initiative targets hold sizes of $25-125m in leveraged loans for sponsor backed and corporate borrowers.   

What you can expect

This permanent vacancy offers a recent graduate with 1-3 years experience in financial services a chance to be part of a new and scaling Direct Lending platform within a leading global asset manager. The position offers hands-on financial analytical experience in a fast-moving transactional environment. We are looking for the successful hire to start as soon as possible. The principle responsibility of the role is credit analysis, comprising fundamental company, market and industry analysis as well as financial modelling that underscores the underwriting of new investments and performance evaluation of existing portfolio investments. The successful candidate will have an active role in investment decision-making, relative value analysis of investments, the search for new business opportunities and the management of our existing portfolio. Analysts are also encouraged to participate in the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Program and are supported through this process.
