Role Summary
Utilizes knowledge of the company and assigned client(s) to analyze business processes relating to the assigned client and makes recommendations for improvements to better reach and engage clients and drive business value. Serves as a consultant to an assigned business unit to manage routine client projects and solve issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Acts as a primary contact to an assigned client group(s). Serves as the business or product owner for standard projects. Partners with the business and client to define requirements for projects, manages the end-to-end process of completing the project and begins to learn how to guide the internal decision-making process. Keeps both internal and external teams up to date on the timeline and progress of projects.
  • Researches a variety of activities, dependencies, gaps, or other critical items that are relevant to assigned clients or projects. Completes data collection and documentation as it relates to client projects and identifies issue resolution. Coordinates business resources across the firm needed to complete standard projects.
  • Analyzes data to recommend solutions to senior client experience staff that will improve client experience, execute strategic initiatives, and achieve operational efficiency. Uses relationships across the business to facilitate business change and improvements.
  • Supports specific initiatives that help meet key performance indicators, operational efficiencies, or nondiscretionary compliance projects.

Qualifications:
Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
  • 2+ years of total relevant work experience.

Preferred skills:

  • Prepare reports and presentations: After conducting thorough analysis, a product analyst must create detailed reports about the findings and prepare presentations using graphs, charts, and other visuals to present data in an easy-to-understand format. Product Analyst will present recommendations and next steps to senior management when required.
  • Use data analysis and insights to evaluate and improve the performance of a product or service.
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, Qualtrics, Quantum, Customer Journey Analytics

FINRA Requirements

FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.

Work Flexibility

This role is eligible for hybrid work up to two days a week.

Regional Requirements:

Base salary range:

$66,000 - $113,500 USD

For the location of:

Colorado

Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
