What the job involves: 

 

We are currently seeking a Technology Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be working with our Sales Enablement PMO Director on administering several internal platforms, such as Monday.com, Seismic, SharePoint, Power BI, and QorusDocs 

 

As a Technology Specialist at JLL, you will... 

Oversee ongoing platform management for Monday.com and QorusDocs 

  • Manage and administrate our workflow management system, Monday.com, and our proposal content management system, QorusDocs   

  • Act as the centralized point of contact for both systems, providing end-user licensing, support and troubleshooting 

  • Monitor and respond to reported bugs/issues by working with the user community, JLL IT, and vendor support team for quick resolution. 

  • Attend necessary training to stay current and increase knowledge of tool(s) features and enhancements 

  • Assist with end-user training, including developing training materials, providing live and virtual training for new users 

  • Collect, organize and scrub data 

  • Communicate system changes and feature/functionality updates to stakeholders 

  • With guidance from the team, write and edit process documentation, roadmap and strategy documents 

  • Analyze data related to adoption of platform features and make recommendations. 

  • With guidance from team, review key performance indicators (KPIs) to better identify, measure, and improve processes, tools, training, and quality 

 

Other essential role responsibilities 

  • Assist with administration of our sales content management system, Seismic 

  • Assist with administration of our learning management system, Seismic Learning 

  • With guidance from team, execute changes to reports and dashboards across platforms, learning about our internal analytics and sales processes 

  • Assist with development of Power Automate flows using APIs from multiple systems 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and colleagues on ways to Support and lead ad-hoc technology projects as required 

  • Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance and improve our systems and processes and execute processes and platform improvements 

  • Proactively identify information, sales resources, and best practices to drive user productivity and to optimize the user experience 

  • Highly organized – able to adeptly manage multiple projects, contacts, and conversations simultaneously 

  • Help leadership collect, analyze, and interpret platform data to provide insights and recommendations to the sales team 

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics 

  • Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders in clear and concise reports and presentations

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 1-3 years experience in Business Operations, Data-related fields, Systems Architecture, or similar 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams & Outlook) 

  • You have strong written and verbal English communication skills 

  • You have a strong technical aptitude and process development skills, with the ability to understand technical concepts and interpret, document and formalize procedures. 

  • You are a results-driven self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth work environment and can pivot quickly as change happens 

  • You are a critical thinker who can solution SaaS problems while advocating for customer issues 

  • You have interest in, or working knowledge of, coding or API development (a plus) 

  • You have the ability to influence stakeholders and technical/cross-functional teams in a positive and productive way 

  • You are comfortable with a high amount of autonomy to get things done 

  • You have a great attitude, want to make a difference, and a strong eagerness to support the team 

  • You anticipate the needs of others and think two steps ahead, with a fantastic customer service ethic and high expectations for quality 

  • You have strong follow through with tasks and projects 

  • You have that great quality of being calm under pressure 

  • You look at a problem and say, “I know I can solve it; I just need to figure out how.”
