National Retail Management Lead

Job Summary: The National Retail Management Lead will be responsible for driving retail excellence by leading the planning, controlling, and monitoring activities across the retail network. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a deep understanding of retail management.
 

Key Responsibilities:

Planning:

  • Develop and implement strategic retail plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct retail mapping and identify priority stores.
  • Plan sales objectives (SO) at the country, partner, and ESF levels based on available Total Addressable Market (TAM) data.

Controlling:

  • Establish a weekly cadence to drive sales objectives (SO) across the retail network.
  • Conduct market sensing activities and share insights with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure retail compliance on key parameters to maintain high standards of operation.
     

Monitoring:

  • Publish regular dashboards on retail health parameters.
  • Identify gaps in performance and implement strategies to bridge these gaps.
  • Monitor and analyze retail metrics to ensure alignment with business goals.
     

Qualifications:

  • Preferably Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 12+ years of relevant experience in retail sales management.
  • Outstanding communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
     

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
  • Proficient in data analysis and interpreting retail metrics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
