As a Cordant Data Analytics Platform Product Manager, you will define and drive the strategy and roadmap for an enterprise-grade industrial data and analytics platform, enabling scalability, performance, and innovation across internal and external ecosystems.

The Cordant Data & Analytics Platform Product Manager serves as a strategic product leader responsible for shaping foundational platform capabilities across data, analytics, and AI. This role requires strong product thinking, commercial acumen, and the ability to align global stakeholders to deliver scalable, reusable, and high-value platform solutions.
As a Cordant Data & Analytics Platform Product Manager, you will be responsible for:
Platform Strategy & Roadmap
Defining the vision and maintaining a multi‑year product roadmap aligned to enterprise digital strategy
Translating technology investments into measurable outcomes such as adoption, reliability, performance, security, and cost efficiency
Driving prioritization and trade-off decisions across scalability, extensibility, and customer value
Data & Analytics Platform Productization
Owning product definition for edge‑to‑cloud data ingestion, federation, contextualization, and analytics capabilities
Enabling reuse and consistency across multiple products and business units
Establishing clear value propositions and adoption paths for platform consumers
Defining and tracking product success metrics and lifecycle management processes
Analytics & AI Enablement
Partnering with AI and analytics teams to convert market signals and business needs into scalable platform capabilities
Leading productization of offerings such as low-code/no-code analytics workbenches
Defining platform direction for AI and intelligent workflow frameworks
Ensuring enterprise-grade standards for security, governance, and compliance
Supporting go-to-market teams with product narratives and customer-facing materials
Technology & Architecture Leadership
Collaborating with Engineering, Architecture, and Cybersecurity teams on platform design decisions
Representing Product in governance and architecture forums
Defining standards for data quality, lineage, observability, and reliability
Cross-Functional Leadership
Aligning engineering, infrastructure, data, and product teams toward shared platform goals
Partnering with Legal, Compliance, and Procurement on contracts, data rights, and SLAs
Acting as a trusted advisor to senior technical and business stakeholders
Mentoring and developing product management talent
Customer & Market Engagement
Engaging with strategic customers and partners to validate roadmap priorities
Incorporating voice of customer and market trends into product decisions
Representing platform vision in customer discussions and industry forums
Driving thought leadership in digital and industrial ecosystems
Application Enablement & Platform Reuse
Positioning the platform as a foundation for building industrial analytics and AI-driven applications
Defining reusable components such as data pipelines, APIs, SDKs, and AI modules
Enabling rapid application development without bespoke engineering
Driving reductions in delivery time, cost, and operational complexity
Go-to-Market, Monetization & Value Realization
Partnering with Product Marketing and Sales to define commercial offerings and bundles
Translating platform capabilities into customer value propositions such as reduced TCO and faster ROI
Supporting usage-based and value-based pricing models aligned with consumption
Leadership Capabilities
Driving strategy with strong outcome orientation
Demonstrating commercial acumen in pricing, packaging, and scaling adoption
Influencing across global, matrixed environments without direct authority
Applying platform thinking for reuse and ecosystem growth
Maintaining strong customer and partner focus
Fuel Your Passion
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
Have significant experience in product management for data, analytics, or platform products
Have proven ownership of platform-scale solutions used across multiple teams or customers
Have strong understanding of data architectures, analytics platforms, APIs, and AI enablement
Have experience working in complex, global, matrixed organizations
Preferred Qualifications
Have experience in industrial, energy, or asset-intensive domains
Have exposure to cloud-native and hybrid data architectures
Have experience productizing internal platforms for external commercialization
Have knowledge of data governance, compliance frameworks, and regulated environments
Have familiarity with Generative AI tools and their application in product development
