Key Account Manager Gyn-Oncology (m/f/d)  

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Key Account Manager for region West (covering Romandie and Ticino) to join our dynamic team in Switzerland, focusing on the gyn-oncology market. The ideal candidate will possess a strong scientific mindset, business acumen, exceptional communication skills and an ability to work with ease in a cross-functional team. This role involves promoting our innovative gyn-oncology products to healthcare professionals, analyzing the sales region’s market to develop tactics and execute strategies and thus contribute to our mission of improving patient care and outcomes in this rapidly evolving field.

Region: Western Switzerland  

Key Responsibilities 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare providers, including oncologists and gynecologists
  • Deliver high-quality customer calls to specialized healthcare professionals using a 360-degree omnichannel approach including digital tools
  • Identify and address the specific needs of each healthcare institution, tailoring product presentations accordingly.
  • Develop and execute Strategic Account Management plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams and leading all strategic meetings.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in oncology research and treatment options

  • Collaborate with medical affairs and commercial teams to support product launches and attend industry events to gather insights.
  • Understand and communicate regional performance, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Adhere to pharmaceutical industry regulations and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Qualifications & Skills 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or a related field (master’s degree preferred), or equivalent para-medical education.
  • Ability to discuss scientific and medical data with stakeholders, with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  •  Fluent French and good English
  • Exceptional analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable insights and tactics.
  • Proficiency in project management and business context comprehension.
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities with the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple aspects of work.
  • Results-oriented, proactive mindset with proven time management and multitasking capabilities even under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills 

  • Proficiency in Italian and/or German.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, innovative, and collaborative matrix-environment.
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive “can do” and “will do” attitude.
