Your Job
Provides executive administrative support to an VP, including complex global travel coordination, calendar management, and executive meeting setup.
Helps with the coordination and consolidation of business relevant data across the worldwide MIPS Business Development organization.
May participate in the development and implementation of standards, policies and practices for the organization.
Uses business software applications (e.g., word processing, presentation, spreadsheet, functional function systems) to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, data entry, etc.
Receives, screens, and directs incoming calls, visitors, mail, and email.
Maintains files, databases, records, calendars, and diaries.
Collaborate cross-functionally with the broader EA community to manage the XT annual calendar, including scheduling high-level internal meetings.
Manage purchase requisitions, worldwide event coordination, and training coordination for the whole organization.
Handling of confidential information in close cooperation with the respective stakeholders.
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Supports the MIPS BD team by coordinating customer meetings.
Work on other projects and/or assignments as needed.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, or alternatively, a business apprenticeship, e.g. Industrial Clerk.
Experience: Minimum 10 years in an executive support function. Proven track record dealing with complex customers on various levels of the organization including management interaction.
Skills: Proactive, creative, and collaborative; well connected across the organization with the ability to mobilize support when needed.
Language: Fluent written and spoken English (C1).
Willingness to travel: in special cases, up to a maximum of 10%.
Preferred Qualifications
Executive level working experience is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong planning and organizational skills, with proven ability to manage competing priorities.
Established network across GF globally to secure cross-functional support efficiently.
Working proficiency in German is a plus.
