Hold self and team members accountable to standard work, quality requirements, shop floor guidelines, and company policies; document and escalate violations when needed.
Support daily production execution by monitoring work order status, press readiness, material availability, and workstation organization.
Respond promptly to equipment, quality, or process issues; coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Setup, Engineering, and Supervisors to resolve issues and document follow-up actions.
Complete First Piece Verification and ensure ongoing quality checks are performed and documented correctly.
Plan, coordinate, and cover operator breaks and rotations to maintain fairness, floor coverage and production continuity.
Develop, communicate, and maintain press or workstation rotations as assigned, adjusting assignments as priorities change.
Lead Tier 1 meetings, ensure Tier boards and visual management tools are accurate and up to date, and reinforce daily SQDC priorities.
Ensure accurate production, scrap, and work order transactions in SAP and MES; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
Arrive ahead of shift as required to receive assignments, support shift start-up, and ensure readiness.
Provide thorough, timely, and accurate pass downs to oncoming leads and supervisors to ensure smooth shift-to-shift continuity.
Provide supervisor coverage when assigned and serve as an escalation point during off-hours or high-priority situations.
What We Seek:

Minimum of 3-5 years of manufacturing experience, with demonstrated leadership responsibilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Teams); SAP and MES experience preferred
