Job Description:
Manages all phases of assigned OCONUS location’s program objectives from inception through completion. Manages overall direction and leadership for aligning strategic program objectives. Leads, manages, creates projects, programs, and procedures.
Responsible for site specific technical statement of work / performance and overall site operations. Responsible for all site day to day activities of assigned program site, including employee timesheets, performance evaluations, property control, facility, safety, security and daily production and directs the work of employees assigned from technical, manufacturing and administrative areas. Provides leadership, guidance, and career development to all assigned employees. Ensures adherence to Northrop Grumman policies. Maintains close coordination with the program manager.
Optimizes the team by targeting training opportunities, embodying NG’s leadership qualities, and weaving them into continuous process improvement initiatives.
Mentors and communicates while effectively liaising at all levels and across divisions, unit agencies to guide multifunctional team’s direction toward contractual deliverables.
Prioritizes daily activities to meet program management requirements and develops / provides briefings at the customer’s request.

Basic Qualifications:
A High School diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of experience supervising and assigning program workloads as well as duties for entire shifts of workers performing aircraft maintenance repair, inspection, and modifications.
Field support experience on the F-35 program
Advanced knowledge of LO and structural level repairs and aircraft modifications.
One year minimum as a Maintenance or Production Control Supervisor.
Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical data and blueprint drawings.
A current Secret or higher Clearance.
Ability to obtain Special Access Program clearance, as required.
Ability to work a flexible work schedule that may include extended shifts, holidays, and weekends and support on call status for 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week, 365 days a year.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working multiple aircraft and programs simultaneously.
Experience forecasting manpower requirements, creating staffing plans, and creating material Bill of Materials (BOM) to support future work efforts.
Highly skilled in using MS Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.
Experience identifying and procuring consumables, HAZMAT, tooling, and spare parts required for specific operations.
