Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will work on developing innovative solutions to enhance user experience and streamline processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze user needs and design efficient applications. - Develop high-quality software design and architecture. - Implement best practices for coding, testing, and debugging applications. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner. - Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends to suggest improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition. - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles. - Experience with web application development using Java EE technologies. - Knowledge of relational databases and SQL. - Hands-on experience with application servers like Apache Tomcat or JBoss. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
