We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Torrent. his role will be based in Kalispell, MT or can be performed Remotely Nationwide.
This position handles standard customer inquiries about company products and services via phone and email, documenting and monitoring calls and transactions. Requests and verifies additional or missing information from customers by phone or written correspondence, and tracks client and product order information—logging data in spreadsheets or CRM systems to support call-center monitoring and reporting.
We will count on you to:
Helps respond to standard customer inquiries regarding the products and services the Company offers.
Answers, documents and monitors call center calls, emails and transactions.
Requests additional/missing information from the customer via letter or telephone call to answer customer inquiries.
Tracks client and product order information and logs client data in spreadsheets to assist with monitoring call center activity.
What you need to have:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; experience handling customer inquiries via phone and email and requesting/ verifying missing information.
Strong attention to detail with proven ability to document interactions, track orders, and manage client/product data in spreadsheets or CRM systems.
Customer-service oriented with the ability to manage multiple inquiries, follow up promptly, and support call-center monitoring and reporting.
