About B Lab
B Lab is the nonprofit network transforming the global economy to benefit all people, communities, and the planet. A leader in economic systems change, our global network creates standards, policies, and tools for business, and we certify companies — known as B Corps — who are leading the way. As we continue to repair and rebuild from COVID-19, our vision for an inclusive, equitable, and regenerative economic system, has never been more relevant or needed than it is now.
The Strategy and Global B Corp Movement department seeks to coordinate and catalyze global movement building efforts. The department takes a leading role in several key aspects of movement building, such as Global Policy, research, and marketing and communications, while also working with and empowering the wider B Global Network. The focus of the department is to contribute to the system change objectives of B Lab’s Theory of Change, with a specific emphasis on policy change, narrative shift, and network development.
The Strategy & B Corp Movement department consists of the following five sub-departments:

As stewards of the B Lab brand, we interact with teams, board members, and funders across the network. We convene and manage Network working groups including various stakeholders across functions and organizations, all of whom help to shape our global communications strategy.
