Role Summary
Content designers make it easier for users to understand complex concepts and confidently take their next step. In a highly regulated field like finance, content designers also work to provide as much clarity and context as possible for users when direct answers aren’t always possible.
Whether working on a single piece of content or working on the end-to-end journey creating a product or experience, our content designers are responsible for concepting, creating, testing and refining content at all stages of the user journey.
Under the direction of the content lead while embedded within a team of experience designers, this role will develop creative designs which best engage and empower clients, in alignment with our firm’s overall strategic objectives.
Assignments may include co-creating products and experiences such as dashboards and key transactional flows alongside experience designers, crafting supporting educational materials and UI copy, or partnering with marketing partners to create market-ready collateral.
Content and design teams are consistently in dialogue with our legal and compliance partners to create experiences that fit our legal limitations and are accessible to all.
