Intern Indirect Sourcing (m/f/d)
Job Description:
Your responsibilities
• Support buyers in the "Source-to-Pay" process for indirect purchases (MRO – spare parts, tools and supplies)
• Contribute to the preparation of Requests for Proposals (RFPs/RFQs) and the launch of consultations with suppliers
• Analyze supplier responses and participate in the comparison of offers (costs, deadlines, quality)
• Ensure the updating of sourcing databases and the monitoring of supplier Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Ensure the compliance of contracts and administrative documents with GE Vernova internal procedures
• Participate in follow-up meetings with internal clients to identify their operational needs
• Provide support in handling invoice disputes and tracking orders in the ERP system (e.g., SAP)
• Contribute to the optimization of purchasing processes and the implementation of corrective actions
• Comply with compliance and security rules specific to Work environment
• Monitor the indirect supplier market and propose innovative alternatives
What you should bring (Basic Qualifications)
• Currently enrolled in a higher education program (Business School, Master's in Purchasing or Supply Chain Management) or equivalent knowledge or experience
• Interest in issues related to indirect purchasing and industrial operations
• Prior experience or a strong interest in sourcing or project management would be an asset

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with various internal departments and suppliers
