Position Summary
The primary function of the Manager, Retail GTM Strategy & Planning is to support the flawless execution of assigned retail product launches and projects. The Manager, Retail GTM Strategy & Planning collaborates cross-functionally across SEA teams to ensure customer experience is held at the highest standard through all initiatives. The Manager, Retail GTM Strategy & Planning will partner with the assigned Product and Marketing teams and Retail team members to drive successful product launches and initiatives that encompasses training, merchandising, field teams, sales, marketing and customer insights while maintaining company brand guidelines. The Manager, Retail GTM Strategy & Planning will provide support to the Sr Manager of Retail GTM Strategy & Planning in providing C-level updates and reporting on product and go to market strategies and plans in relation to assigned product launches and promotional periods.Role and Responsibilities

Physical/Mental Demands
Work is generally performed in an office environment. Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal between 50% - 95% of work time, including prolonged periods of time. Requires considerable (90%+) work utilizing high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and moderate hand/finger dexterity. The movement and transportation of equipment, most of the time is under 25 pounds. Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers and project management deadlines. Machines, tools, equipment and work aids include PCs, printers, copiers, faxes, and other equipment commonly associated with an office work area. May require working additional hours beyond normal schedule. Role requires domestic and international travel 25%-30%. Consistently demonstrates a commitment to policies and procedures, including but not limited to, attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest and ethical responsibilities.
