*This position requires you to be onsite 4 days a week at our Indian Land, South Carolina HQ location.

Responsibilities

  • Input wire information in Mortgage Director and OptiFunder and/or warehouse websites for funding.
  • Accountability to complete all requested wires whenever tasked with that responsibility.
  • Manage wire returns and additional wire requests.
  • Enter data on a consistent basis into company systems and reports.
  • Prepare, extract and upload wire requests to respective warehouse bank assigned and submit pertinent funding document(s) that may be required.
  • Retrieve, apply and distribute all purchase advices and ensure proper credit with warehouses.
  • Verify title company information to include E&O policies, wiring information and state licensing.
  • Other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required. 
  • Financial company experience preferred.
  • Well Organized - can prioritize work activities; uses time efficiently.
  • Adaptability – adapts to change in the work environment, manages competing demands and is able to handle frequent situational and management process changes.
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Presents self in professional manner and have ability to interact with all levels of organization and outside contacts.
  • Interpersonal skills – good listener, works well in a muti-person, interactive group
  • Team player.
  • Excellent communication skills including written and verbal; ability to present ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Excellent math skills are required.
  • Detail Oriented.
  • Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule, anywhere from 7-4 to 9-6.

The expected salary range for this position is between:

$58,600.00 - $77,200.00

The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
