Job Description
- Craft innovative collection strategies to maximize recoveries and minimize losses. Ensure strategies are aligned with company objectives and market trends
- Continuously monitor the performance of various collection strategies against key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial targets. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement
- Design and oversee the execution of control tests to evaluate the effectiveness of new strategies. Analyze test results and scale successful strategies across the portfolio
- Create and refine incentive programs to motivate and reward high-performing collection teams. Ensure commission structures are competitive and aligned with industry standards
- Work closely with other departments, including analytics, finance, and operations, to ensure a cohesive approach to portfolio management
- Ensure all collection activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Implement controls to mitigate risks associated with collection practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related fields
- At least 3 years of experience in banking knowledge such as loss forecasting, auto products, auto risk management, or retail risk management
- Proven experience in retail banking strategy and portfolio management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into strategic actions
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
- Good technical skills in SQL (Plus) and Power BI
- Good command of English
- Good command of computer literacy (MS Office 365, SharePoint, Yammer, etc.)
