• Support regional ultrasound sales specialists with all Vscan handheld ultrasound enquiries, including:
• Product positioning
• Clinical use cases
• Customer demonstrations and evaluations
• Act as a handheld ultrasound subject‑matter expert within the region
• Identify opportunities to expand HHUS usage in existing and new accounts
• Support sales campaigns and regional growth initiatives
• Partner closely with the Northern Europe Handheld Ultrasound Segment Leader to:
• Support the regional marketing strategy
• Help execute education and training programmes
• Assist in the development of a KOL (Key Opinion Leader) engagement
• Support local and regional:
• Workshops
• Training sessions
• Educational events
• Congress and meeting activity
• Capture customer insights and feedback to support continuous improvement and product positioning
• Support customers with appropriate and compliant use of handheld ultrasound technology
• Deliver product demonstrations and basic device training aligned with local governance
• Build strong, trusted relationships with clinicians, educators, and decision‑makers
• Act as a voice of the customer back into the regional team
• Experience in medical devices, healthcare sales, or clinical support roles
• Proven ability to support sales growth in a matrix or regional sales environment
• Strong commercial awareness with a patient‑centric mindset
• Willingness and flexibility to travel across the Nordic and Netherlands region
• Fluent English (professional working proficiency; English as a second language acceptable)
• Must be based in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, or the Netherlands
• Valid driving licence and ability to travel regionally
• Experience with:
• Ultrasound, imaging, or point‑of‑care technologies
• Handheld or portable medical devices
• Experience supporting:
• Education programmes
• KOL relationships
• Marketing initiatives
• Background working with both NHS‑style public healthcare systems and private providers
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, marketing, and clinical teams
• Comfortable engaging with clinicians at different levels of experience
• Self‑motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working independently within a regional structure
