• 1. Project Management
  Managing the day-to-day technicial and commercial operations of different new engine orders, and assuring a smooth functioning, efficient correspondance to clients.
• 2. Planning
  Keeping the contractual dates acc. to supply contract of new engine orders, i.e. delivery date, date for documents, commissioning date and coordinate those with the customer and CES Mannheim.
• 3. Export-Control Management
  Get all necessary documents, i.e. End-User certificates, to start the Export-Control-Proceedure to the Head of Projectmanagement. Ensuring compliance with US-Law, EU-Law and internal regulations on Export-Control within every new engine order.
• 4. Financial-Management
  Permanent control and responsibility on payment targets of customers with running projects.
  Weekly reporting of revenue (turnover) to Head of Projectmanagement in compliance with SOX regulations.
• 5. Time-Management
  Planning and execution of necessary business trips to suppliers, customers, factory Mannheim after approval from Head of Projectmanagement.
   
• 6. Technical-Management:
  Day to day technical management of new engine orders from the date of order intake up to commissioning.
• 7. Sales activities/support
  Technical and commercial support of sales department in front of customers.  
• Service activities/support
  Planning and execution of site supervisions, planning of commissionings in coordination with Service department.
