Western Door Federal and our partner, Emerge Solutions Group, are seeking a full-time Strategic Information Advisor to work with the US Department of Defense, Defense Health Agency/Department of Defense (DoD) HIV/AIDS Prevention Program (DHAPP) in San Diego, CA.
DHAPP is a dynamic global HIV/AIDS program working to curb HIV/AIDS in the militaries of foreign countries and supports the U.S. Department of Defense’s contribution to the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR).
The DHAPP program generates a very large quantity of data. This position requires complex data analytic tool skills to support data analysis, management, and visualization. The ideal candidate will be a member of the Strategic Information Branch and will support the collection, management, analysis, and use of strategic information data to monitor, manage, and improve DHAPP programs. The incumbent will provide in-person and virtual technical assistance and capacity development to DHAPP Headquarters and country-based staff, military partners, and implementing partners. International and domestic travel is required for this position. Veterans are encouraged to apply.
