As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural framework of custom software projects. - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development and deployment.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and technical expertise.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address potential risks or challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
- Experience in managing system landscapes, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP environments.
- Strong knowledge of system performance tuning, troubleshooting, and security management.
- Ability to handle system upgrades, patches, and transport management effectively.
- Familiarity with database administration and integration with SAP systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
