Job Summary

The Finance Manager – Corporate Functions is an individual contributor within Corporate Finance, responsible for FP&A and operational finance support across global Corporate Functions. The role partners with regional and local finance teams across EMEA, UK, LAC, China, APAC, and Japan to consolidate the international cost base, while serving as the primary finance lead for North America and Corporate entities.

This is a manager-level role, focused on GOE analysis, month-end support, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and executive reporting, with direct exposure to senior finance and functional leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead financial management and strategic decision support for multiple corporate functions, partnering with senior leadership to oversee budgets, monitor financial performance and drive expense discipline.
  • Own and lead key financial planning cycles, including the annual operating plan and quarterly and annual forecasts.
  • Support preparation of senior leadership materials, including executive Month Operating Review presentations.
  • Serve as the primary finance partner for North America and Corporate entities, providing expert advice and ongoing financial guidance to functional leaders.
  • Lead consolidation and analysis of the global corporate functions expense base across multiple regions.
  • Partner with regional and local finance teams to manage quarterly forecasts and drive responsible management of annual budgets and monthly pacing.
  • Prepare variance analysis and clear financial commentary identifying and explaining key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
  • Support monthly close activities, including actuals review and accrual coordination with Controllership.
  • Monitors spend versus budget and forecast; identify and recommend savings opportunities and reallocation levels.
  • Build and maintain financial models to drive insights and transparency into third-party spend and support decision-making.
  • Drive standardization and continuous improvement across FP&A and operational finance processes.
  • Lead ad hoc analytical exercises sponsored by CFOs and business leaders as required

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree with a major in a quantitative field (e.g., Finance, Accounting);
  • Degree in accounting or finance field preferred but not required; advanced degree or CPA a plus
  • 8+ years of experience in FP&A, operational finance, or related corporate finance roles.
  • Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to synthesize complex financial data into clear, actionable insights and communicate complex ideas to senior business leaders
  • Ability to influence, collaborate, and deliver complex messages with cross-functional and/or international counterparts and stakeholders
  • Ability to integrate strategic and operational information into quantitative analysis and succeed with time, resource, and information constraints
  • Ability to operate autonomously while judiciously consulting on more complex matters
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills
  • Highly motivated, self-starter and ability to multi-task
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • The ideal candidate should be highly motivated and have experience with quantitative and strategic analysis
