CACI is seeking an experienced Information Technology Senior Manager / Task Order Lead for a multi-functional, dispersed team supporting the Interoperability and Certification Technical Services Division of the Network Command, Control, Communications, and Computers (C4) Services Integration (NC4SI) Directorate, within HQDA, DCS G-6. NC4SI provides comprehensive planning, analytical, operational, policy, technical and management services at The Pentagon, Washington D.C. and Ft. Belvoir, VA.

This position requires employment of typical project management tools (e.g. resource estimates and utilization, task analysis, schedule deconfliction, customer communications, team leadership, risk mitigation, lessons learned) to manage the tasks, activities, deliverables, personnel, and serve as the government project lead’s primary point of contact for all matters.

More About the Role

As the Interoperability Task Lead, you provide multi-functional SME support through individual contribution and management of contractor support to the Interoperability and Certification Technical Services Division of the Network Command, Control, Communications, and Computers (C4) Services Integration (NC4SI) Directorate, within HQDA, DCS G-6. Individual and task oversight responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Support the execution of DCS G-6 Title 10 and Title 40 roles and responsibilities. The Division has three primary focus areas requiring support: Capability Integration Management; Army Interoperability Certification (AIC); Coalition Interoperability Assurance and Validation (CIAV)
  • Actively participate in the following test and evaluation forums: Test, Schedule, and Review Committee; Capability Sets; Common Operating Environment, Working Groups & Integrated Product Teams; Test Evaluation & Certification; Senior Management Group; Test & Evaluation Managers Council; Joint Interoperability Test Command, Interoperability Steering Group; and Mission Command forums. Provide requirements, engineering, architecture, technical, integration, analysis, and planning services; evaluate requirements and technical architectures against materiel solutions to identify redundant capabilities, develop recommendations, increase efficiencies, and reduce costs
  • Provide recommendations in the form of reports/white papers/ executive summaries.
  • Shall assist in developing Army interoperability certification policies, goals, and strategies, and shall provide guidance regarding the development of DoD and joint policies, directives, instructions, etc., that pertain to assessing interoperability and the Interim Certification to Operate process.
  • Shall ensure that Army acquisition programs have met all interoperability requirements, as defined in appropriate acquisition documents.
  • Serve as the liaison among the Joint Staff, HQDA, the Army Program Executive Offices/Program Managers, Army Futures Command, and Training and Doctrine Command communities for the review, coordination, and Army approval of Information Support Plans, and shall coordinate with other stakeholders, as required.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications

  • An active Top Secret Clearance
  • Education – Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Experience – 9+ years of professional management or supervisory experience
  • Army-specific experience and flexibility to perform at the General Officer levels of the Army
  • Expertise in developing Army policy, preparing documents and conducting studies and analysis and developing information technology solutions
  • Experience and flexibility to perform analysis, research, written and oral work products corresponding to support at the General Officer levels of the Army.

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have

  • Project Management Certification (PMP, Scrum, Agile)
  • Experience communicating at the executive level (GO/FO/SES)
  • Proven ability to successfully lead a diverse and dispersed team
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills to effectively interact with varying audiences and stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to relate effectively with program employees, government/client representatives, and internal organizational functional representatives
  • Able to work independently with limited supervision
  • Able to discover relevant data, understand the context it is being used, and apply experience analysis to turn data into useful information

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$85,800 - $180,200
