Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced M&E Director with a minimum of 15 years of proven expertise in delivering transmission line projects. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of both the commercial and technical aspects of transmission line projects, coupled with a track record of successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the M&E project in the planning, execution, and delivery of transmission line projects, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and budgetary requirements.
• Provide strategic direction and oversight to project teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project performance, efficiency, and profitability.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices, incorporating them into project strategies and methodologies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing project performance, operational efficiency, and profitability.
• Utilise a blend of commercial acumen and technical insight to identify areas for optimization, streamline processes, and implement innovative solutions that maximise project value and financial returns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/related field; master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in M&E roles, with a focus on transmission line projects.
• Deep understanding of both commercial and technical aspects of transmission line projects, including design, engineering, procurement, and construction.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex transmission line projects on time and within budget.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills, with a focus on driving results and overcoming challenges.
