The Vice President, Global Sales and Marketing, Interventional Technologies (IVT) is accountable for driving the commercial strategic plan, increasing new customer sales, meeting aggressive revenue targets, maintaining and developing KOL relationships and securing strategic partnerships to achieve our goal of establishing IVT as the standard of care in EP, IC and Structural Heart markets.
Essential Duties:
Develop strategic and operational plans in collaboration with the President of Hospital and the CEO to drive successful execution to achieve new customer sales and revenue targets.
Align revenue objectives with the overall business strategy by actively participating in corporate strategic planning, strategy development, forecasting, resource planning, and budgeting.
Identify and develop new customer and KOL relationships, channel partnerships, and business development initiatives that contribute to overall growth.
Optimize sales processes and operational performance management practices, consistently tracking performance and holding the team accountable to key metrics.
Build and lead a high-performing sales and clinical support team, fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, high performance, and ethical behavior.
Design and implement the sales organization structure, including recruiting, training, developing, and retaining top-quality teams.
Meet agreed-upon targets consistently, including revenue, pricing, budget, Operating Income targets, and other financial performance objectives.
Collaborate effectively with functional leaders, including marketing and R&D, customer service and contracts, quality, regulatory, HR, and finance, to provide input on market and customer needs for driving success.
Partner with Marketing and other executives to design, formalize, and implement the go-to-market strategy across current and potential new channels, optimizing the sales cycle and achieving sales goals.
Serve as a strong role model, cultivating an ambitious, enthusiastic, and performance-oriented work environment aligned with the company's strategy and values.

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training and developing employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Experience Details:
Sales management experience, including direct clinical support leadership roles, selling complex technology-based medical device and solutions in the Electrophysiology and Interventional Cardiology spaces
Skills:
Deep knowledge of and relationships in Electrophysiology (EP), Interventional Cardiology and Structural Heart procedures.
Proven success in scaling sales teams, launching new products, and driving revenue growth, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Experience working with corporate Business Development Teams to identify, diligence, and integrate M&A opportunities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas in a clear manner.
Aggressive strategic thinker and tactical planner who exhibits flexibility, innovativeness and resourcefulness in accomplishing objectives as a leader.
Demonstrated sales leadership skills including time management with multiple products, objectives and customers.
