The Opportunity
As an Organizational Communications Specialist, you'll be the strategic force behind large-scale communications campaigns that unite, inform, and inspire our entire organization. This isn't just about crafting messages—it's about shaping culture, driving engagement, and ensuring every voice is heard as we work toward mission-driven excellence.
You'll be the go-to partner for leaders and employees alike, orchestrating communications across digital signage, enterprise websites, email newsletters, major events, and more. Your strategic thinking will align diverse messages into a cohesive narrative that resonates across all levels of our organization.
What You'll Do:
Strategic Leadership
- Design and execute comprehensive communication and marketing strategies that advance organizational objectives
- Advise senior leaders on messaging, strategy, design, and execution across multiple channels
- Lead cross-functional projects at both Bank and Federal Reserve System levels
Content Mastery
- Create compelling content that informs and engages our diverse employee audience
- Write, edit, and manage communications that balance strategic intent with authentic connection
- Maintain editorial excellence across our intranet and multi-channel delivery platforms
Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner directly with business leaders and stakeholders as their trusted communications advisor
- Coordinate communication flows among employees, stakeholders, and executives
- Facilitate feedback mechanisms including surveys and audience insights to continuously improve our approach
Innovation & Analysis
- Leverage communication technology to maximize reach and impact
- Analyze customer insights and market intelligence to refine positioning and messaging
- Manage vendor relationships and explore new communications solutions
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, human resources, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 6+ years of progressive organizational communications experience (8+ years for Senior level)
- Proven track record implementing communication plans in mid-size to large organizations
- Demonstrated expertise in content creation and account management

- Salary Range: $90,300–$135,500 (Senior: $106,300–$159,400)
- Expected Starting Range: $100,000–$120,000 based on experience
