Position summary:

The trainer will facilitate the delivery of training classes and programs for customer service agents. They will participate in the design and development of training content and corresponding course materials. The trainer will partner with stakeholders to develop lesson plans and utilize innovative instructional methods.

Position responsibilities:

  • Deliver instructor led training (ILT) in-person and virtually
  • Develop training schedules and corresponding lesson plans
  • Partner with stakeholders to create and administer learning assessments and evaluations
  • Utilize innovative instructional methods to meet learning objectives
  • Create an engaging, supportive, and effective learning environment
  • Coach, deliver feedback and monitor trainee progress toward performance standards
  • Stay current with training best practices and new learning methodologies
  • Analyze training needs and recommend corresponding learning solutions
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong facilitation skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer literacy skills; proficiency in MS Office products: Word, Power Point, Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to be self-directed
  • Previous team lead or supervisory experience a plus
