The Role
As a Vice President of Security Architecture supporting Fidelity’s Wealth business unit, you will lead the development of security architecture strategies that enable secure, scalable, and resilient solutions across a diverse portfolio of products and platforms. You will partner with senior technology and business leaders to define target state architectures, security roadmaps, and governance models that align with enterprise priorities and regulatory requirements.
You will be a key member of the Fidelity Wealth Architecture leadership team, driving security innovation, DevSecOps maturity, and architecture standardization across cloud, data, and application domains. Your work will directly impact Fidelity’s ability to deliver secure and trusted experiences to millions of customers.

You will work closely with product owners, engineering leaders, and enterprise architects across Fidelity’s Wealth business and broader organization. You will participate in architecture review boards, risk assessments, and enterprise governance forums, ensuring alignment with Fidelity’s security strategy and architecture standards.
The base salary range for this position is $126,000-255,000 USD per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
