We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Vice President, Insurance Premium Financing Product Management & Governance - Hybrid (Internal Job Title: Senior Vice President, Insurance Premium Financing Product Management & Governance - C14) based in Singapore or Hong Kong. Senior leadership role responsible for end-to-end product governance, regulatory oversight, portfolio management, and frontline enablement for Insurance Premium Financing (IPF) across Asia. The role includes Material Risk Person (MRP) accountability, strong engagement with Risk, Legal, Compliance, and driving product innovation and digitization.
In this role, you’re expected to:
Manage end-to-end product lifecycle, including program updates, launches, and post-implementation tracking.
Expand product globally.
Lead product governance for new insurance product variants, including financing eligibility assessments.
Partner with Risk on portfolio monitoring, underwriting alignment, and delinquency management.
Oversee loan documentation standards (applications, offer letters, assignments, disclosures) with Legal/ICRM approvals.
Drive regulatory engagement, including submissions, reviews, and governance forums.
Act as Material Risk Person (MRP) (where applicable) and represent IPF in senior governance forums.
Manage internal/external audits and execute controls and testing.
Lead business management activities, including reviewing revenues, balances, forecasting models and issue escalation.
Support with training, and solutioning for insurance financing strategies.
Track portfolio metrics.
Drive process improvements across Credit Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Frontline.
Define and execute Technology Book of Work, including UAT, releases, and digital/STP enhancements.
Monitor market trends and ensure offering is competitive.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citi, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
10+ years in insurance premium financing, lending products, or private banking credit.
Strong understanding of credit risk, legal documentation, insurance industry, and portfolio monitoring.
Experience with regulatory frameworks and governance forums.
Proven track record in product management and stakeholder engagement.
Strong risk and control mindset.
Advanced stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Ability to operate in complex, matrixed environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience in process transformation and digitization initiatives.
